Welcome to the Flute Studio

 

Private music instruction is often viewed as a luxury. This does not need to be the case as private lesson costs can start as low as $25 for a 30 minute session. Students usually attend one lesson per week with the expectation that they will practice daily between lessons. The music teacher functions as a mentor, offering encouragement and assisting with the student's musical development. Since each student is different, the teacher can adjust the pace of instruction so that all the rudiments are mastered before proceeding to the next level. As a music teacher with over 40 years experience, I can safely say that everyone can learn to play at some level. All that is needed is patience, a desire to learn and willingness to practice.

 

The Flute Studio offers a complete program for the those interested in learning to play the flute.

 

It does not matter if you are young or old, a beginner or an advanced flute player, everyone is welcome.

Rates:

 

Students attend lessons once a week, with daily practice activities assigned at each lesson.

 

30 minute lesson - $25

 

45 minute lesson - $37.50

 

60 minute lesson - $50

 

 

 

Payment is by the month payable in advance.
